2. Products and Pricing
All products displayed on the Site (including the Evenwell Neck & Shoulder Massage Kit and its individual components) are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer, discontinue a product at any time, and to change or update product information at any time without notice.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or product information.
3. Payment
We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you supply is true and accurate.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days from the date your order is confirmed, depending on your location and other factors outside of our control (such as customs processing or courier delays). Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Evenwell is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or force majeure events.
5. Returns and Refunds

6. Product Use and Health Disclaimer
Evenwell products (including massage pillows, heating pads, and related wellness devices) are intended for general relaxation and wellness purposes only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Before using any Evenwell product, please consult your physician if you:
- Are pregnant;
- Have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device;
- Have a heart condition, diabetes, or any condition affecting sensation in your skin;
- Have any other health concern that may be affected by heat, vibration, or massage therapy.
Use all products according to the included instructions. Evenwell is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from misuse of the product or failure to follow the provided instructions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product photography, is the property of Evenwell or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this Site without our prior written consent.
